Some of the Unfolding of the Feasts of God, Which God Commanded Moses to Tell the Israelites
Leviticus 23:1-2
1 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them,
“Concerning the feasts of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my feasts.”
In these verses, the Lord does not attribute His feasts to Israel. All the words of the Lord are the Lord Himself (John 1:1).
“In the beginning was the Word, the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”
Psalm 119:89 also says,
“Forever, O Lord, Thy word is settled in heaven.”
The Ten Commandments were blessed and hallowed, put on our minds and written on our hearts through the blood of Jesus Christ (Romans 8:4):
“That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.”
The observance of the seven-day Sabbath and the new year were also commanded by God through Moses. Nowhere in the Bible are the Ten Commandments attributed to Israel.
Exodus 12:1-2
1 And the LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt, saying,
2 This month (Abib) shall be unto you the beginning of months: it shall be the first month of the year to you.
These are the very spoken words of the Lord Himself (John 1:1, John 6:63).
In the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth
To all true saints in Jesus Christ:
The greatest truth for believers is that God is eternally our inheritance through the blood of Jesus. At the same time, we are God’s inheritance through the blood of Jesus. By faith, we have accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and we are woven into the Almighty God and into Christ.
Christ is our inheritance, and we are His inheritance because of His atoning sacrifice. This is part of the unfolding of the Godhead. Therefore, we must accept His feasts, which He commanded Moses to tell the Israelites (Leviticus 23:1-2).
The Ten Commandments and the observance of the seventh-day Sabbath are written on our hearts and minds through the blood of Jesus Christ (Romans 8:4). These were commanded by God, but Moses telling them to Israel does not make them Israel’s own.
Please read and understand the feasts of God, His commandments, and the new year, which God commanded Moses to tell the Israelites (Exodus 12:1-2). These were given to set them apart from the evil of the world.
The Lord never attributed His feasts, commandments, or new year to Israel. Yet, the New Testament writers, influenced by human interpretation, attributed them to Israel. This was the work of the Papacy and the apostate Antichrists.
God’s feasts, commandments, and new year are meant to set us apart as His inheritance. They must be observed by faith. They do not save, but they teach us about sin and God’s words, which are God Himself (John 1:1).
When God speaks, His word will accomplish its purpose. We do all things by faith in Jesus Christ, remembering His atoning sacrifice through the unleavened bread and wine.
The temple worship, Aaron’s priesthood, and ceremonial laws are no longer needed. But God’s words, His feasts, commandments, and new year, written on our hearts through Jesus’ blood, separate believers from Satan’s line.
Luke 16:26 explains this separation:
“And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.”
The Words of God Concerning His Feast Days
1 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
“Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, ‘Concerning the feasts of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my feasts.’”
These are the words of our Lord Jesus Christ (John 1:1). The Word that created heaven and earth can never be associated with anyone else (John 17:17).
Nowhere in the Bible are God’s feasts attributed to the Jews or Israelites. Satan, in his plan to confuse believers, has corrupted Scripture, attributing God’s feasts to the children of Israel.
These feasts, commandments, and the new year form a spiritual line that separates believers from Satan’s line. Believers live by faith, not by rituals. We honor Jesus Christ by faith alone, not by candles, animal sacrifices, or other ceremonial acts.
God commands us to celebrate His feasts and His new year, to remember His love, salvation, and grace, instead of the worldly feasts of the Antichrists.
Seven days in the year and one day in the week are set apart for God. There are no leap years mentioned in the Bible. Believers obey the Ten Commandments unconsciously because we naturally reject sin. God’s law is written on our hearts through Jesus’ blood.
Romans 8:4 reiterates:
“That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.”
Faith and works go together. True believers act according to God’s word (James 2:1-26). Faith without works is dead, and obedience to God’s law proves the living faith in our hearts.
About the Sabbath
Genesis 2:1-3
2 And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had made; and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had made.
3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it He had rested from all His work which God created and made.
Exodus 20:8-11
8 Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.
9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
10 But the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
11 For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it.
There is nowhere in the Bible where the Sabbath is attributed specifically to the Jews or Israelites.
Mark 2:27-28
27 And He said unto them,
“The Sabbath was made for man” — for all mankind and all the creatures of God — “and not man for the Sabbath.”
The true meaning of this is that the Sabbath was made for all mankind from the foundation of the world. All creatures of God are not the Sabbath itself.
10 “But the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work…”
The Sabbath is given to all mankind, but mankind is not the Sabbath. Jesus Christ is the Sabbath.
An analogy: money is given to you to spend, but you are not the money.
28 Therefore the Son of Man, or mankind, is Lord of the Sabbath.
If we understand this, we realize that Jesus Christ is teaching us the significance and truth of His Sabbath. There is nowhere in the Bible where God attributes the Sabbath to the Jews or Israelites. Any such attribution is the work of Satan.
Believers’ Call
Stop observing the feasts of the enemy of Jesus Christ, whom He proclaimed as the Antichrists in the Epistles of John. These Antichrists oppose Jesus Christ.
Prayer for the Sabbath
In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, I say:
Lord, I am devoted to Your Sabbath. I fervently pray that You bring all Your churches together, and my seeds, with Your revival fire of the Holy Spirit, to revive us for observing and celebrating all Your feast days, Your seventh-day Sabbath, Your commandments, and Your new year, to Your glory, in gratitude for Your loving kindness.
Thank You, Lord, for taking us out of Satan’s kingdom, giving us salvation, making us Your inheritance, and providing protection, healing, grace, and mercy. Help us to show our utmost love, thanksgiving, obedience, joy, and happiness. We do not deserve You, Lord, but for Christ’s sake, Your love and grace, help us do what pleases You in all our daily activities, to Your glory in Christ’s name. Amen.
The Lord’s Prayer
Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be Thy name.
10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
11 Give us this day our daily bread.
12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
13 And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil: For Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.
What the Lord Has Done for Us
We cannot tell it all—three times!
-
He saved us and washed us in His blood.
-
So we will shout, “Alleluia!”
-
We will shout, “Alleluia!”
-
We will shout, shout, shout!
-
Praise the Lord! (twice)
