THE ROLE OF CATHOLIC BISHOPS AND ARCHBISHOPS

In the Catholic Church, archbishops and bishops rank below cardinals. Becoming a bishop is the third and fullest level of the Sacrament of Holy Orders. The first level is the ordination of a deacon, the second is the ordination of a priest, and the third is the ordination of a bishop. A bishop who moves to the level of cardinal isn’t ordained, but handpicked by the pope, who also appoints bishops.

A bishop oversees a diocese, which is a collection of local parishes; and an archbishop administers an archdiocese, which is just a really large diocese. (Denver, Hartford, Omaha, Miami, Newark, St. Louis, and San Francisco are examples of archdioceses.)

You can think of a local parish like a town or city, and the local pastor — a priest — is like the mayor. The diocese is like a state or province, and the bishop is like the governor. An archdiocese is like a very populous state — California or Texas, perhaps. Each individual bishop has his own authority to run the diocese. He’s not an ambassador of the pope but governs the local diocese as an authentic successor of the apostles, just as the pope governs the universal Church as the successor of St. Peter.

One might go further to say what about the different times or distance of Countries like America and other countries, the answer is every country has Saturday or Sunday. 
That is why God the creator of days, months and years Genesis 1. 14, And. God said Let there be lights in the firmament of heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be. for signs, and. for seasons and for days, and years. That is exactly why God’s feats days are fixed, and New year fixed and the Sabbath as well . God is not a God of confusion, Every God did was accurate, perfect and must be obeyed till eternity It has come the point now as Paul the apostle said in the second epistle to the Thessalonians 2.3. Let no man deceive you by any means; for that day shall not come, “except there come a falling away first,” and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition ( the antichrist)
This is the revival that the churches are praying for and some did not belong. 
This revival will be mainly for the churches all over the world, when real believers in Jesus Christ will come back to accept the commandments, the feats, and the New Year of God which He had ordained to set His saints apart from the world before the foundation of the world.

The Papacy is of so great authority and power that he has been authorised by the Almighty God to modify, explain, interpret even divine laws. In the Catholic catechism, the divine law of God was completely taken out, the tenth commandments was divided into two, and more surprisingly, the fourth Commandments ( God’s 7th day Sabbath) was changed to 6th day in violation to God’s words in Leviticus 23. 14.

But the legacy, doctrine, or decree that he introduced the 6th day worship continues to our own time. And anyone whoever he or she is and is worshiping on the 6th day of the week has accepted the decree of the Papacy. ( this the given into his hand meant) This also is in violation of God’s words and His authorities. In John 24.15 Jesus says If ye love Me or (have access Me) keep My Commandments. Where is the love to Him that died and shed His precious blood for the remission of our sins if we do not keep His words. It doesn’t matter how any believer in Christ paints the 6th day of the week, it is in disobedient to God. There is whatsoever no legalistic thing in obedience to the 7 th day Sabbath of God, no rituals attached to, no killing of animals. His feasts days or His New year that He had planned, patterned and purposed before the foundation of the world, both gentiles’ believers or of the Israelis believers. Jesus Christ is the Almighty God who left His glory (the Holy Spirit, who is permanent on His throne, whom humankind can not see with their naked eyes. Even John who wrote the gospel of John, the epistles and the book of revelation did not see any Spirit in the heavens of heavens when he was translated there. The Holy Spirit is the source of all the things that are in the bible, He is omnipresent, omnipotent and omniscient. He knew that we are going to violate 7th day Sabbaths, therefore He said “Remember” to keep the Sabbath holy. ( set apart) These are to “set apart” His saints from the wicked world that we are in John 17. 14. I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because “they are not of the world” even as I am not of the world. Believers in Christ has not grasped the intensity, the significance, the depth, the impact, the greatness of the why that God had for His believers to set them apart and the purpose of God’s commandments, His feasts days and His New year which are mandatory, symbolic to God and God alone and how He loved us beyond any human knowledge, wisdom and understanding.
Look at electronics gadgets that we human beings were making by the wisdom of God. The same electricity work for the fans, kettles, microwaves, cookers, televisions, radio stations, vaccum cleaner, laptops, food products, sewing machine, fridge, freezers, phones just to name few. One source of electricity but unlimited uses. How much more the God that gives this wise to people Exodus 32. 1 -6
