While Most Parishes Crown Mary with Flowers inMay, Placing A Real Crown on Her Head Is a Much More Formal Process. When Permission Is Given — Or the Pope Decides to Crown a Marian Statue Himself — It Means the Statue Has Proven to Be Important to The Local Faithful and Usually Has Some Miraculous History? 

 

In Chile, Pope Francis Crowned a Statue of Our Lady of Mount Carmel — The Patroness of Chile — During Today’s Mass at Santiago’s O’Higgins Park.

Chileans Have a Long Relationship with Our Lady of Mount Carmel. In 1592 The Augustinians Who Came with The Spaniards Spread the Catholic Faith and The Devotion to Our Lady of Mount Carmel. The First Lay Organization Dedicated toMary Under This Title Was Created in Chile in1648. 

 

In 1818 Bernard O’Higgins – Living in Exile inArgentina After a Failed Attempt to Free Santiago from The Spaniards – And the Argentine General José De San Martin Vowed Their Fidelity to Mary and Invoked Her Protection Before Their Treacherous Crossing of The Andes, And Later inThe Battle of Chacabuco. Most Of Their Troops Survived the Trek Across the Andes and Went onTo Win the Battle of Chacabuco on February 12, 1817. 

 

In 1818 Chile’s Civil, Military and Religious Authorities Gathered in The Cathedral to Once Again Entrust Themselves to Mary’s Protection. Shortly After, They Won the Battle of Maipu, The Battle That Sealed Chile’s Independence fromSpain. 

 

Decades Later Chilean Troops Fighting Against Peru and Bolivia for The Atacama Desert All Wore the Scapular of Mount Carmel to Protect Them inBattle. Chile Won Control of The Desert andExtended Its Coastline. On January 18, In Iquique, Pope Francis Will Celebrate a Mass in Honour of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, Mother and Queen of Chile. During The Mass He Will Crown a Statue of Our Lady of Mount Carmel of Tirana. 

 

Tirana Is The Name Of A Village In The South Of The Province Of Iquique Where Annual Marian Celebrations Draw Thousands Of People. A Hermitage Dedicated to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Was Built in Tamarugal in the 1500s When Friar Antonio Rodon Arrived in The Region to Spread the Faith but Was Surprised to Discover A Cross Erected In A Clearing In The Forest. Somehow The Christian Faith Had Already Arrived in Tamarugal. 

 

It Turned Out an Inca Princess and Priestess, Ñusta Huillac, Had Lived and Ruled in The Region withHer Incan Warriors. She Was Known Throughout the Region for Ruling with An Iron Fist and A Seemingly Unfeeling, Unbending Heart. During One Raid Her Warriors Captured a Foreign Man, A Portuguese Miner Who Had Been Led to The Region on The Advice of Other Natives. She Fell inLove with Him on Sight and Used Her Power toDelay Carrying Out the Death Sentence Her Tribe Had Ruled Necessary. 

 

She Delayed His Execution Several Months, And During That Time Developed a Relationship withThe Miner. He Explained His Christian Faith, Heaven and Eternity to Her. The Idea of Being Able to Be Together with Her Beloved for All Eternity Warmed Her Heart. Finally, She Asked Him toBaptize Her – But Her Warriors, Who Had Been Secretly Watching from The Forest, Decided This Was Too Big a Betrayal and Killed Her and The Miner on The Spot. The Cross Was Erected to Mark the Spot Where They Died. 

 

Also In Chile, Pope Francis Will Meet with Young People at The Shrine of Maipu – The National Marian Shrine Dedicated to Our Lady of Mount Carmel the Shrine Was Originally Erected In 1818 By O’Higgins. He Had Promised Our Lady He Would Erect a Shrine in Her Honour If Chilean Troops Won Independence from Spain.

In Peru the Pope’s First Mass in Trujillo Will Be inHonour Of “Holy Mary, Door of Heaven.” While He Will Not Crown Any Statues Here, The Opening andClosing Prayers Will Be Focused on Our Lady. 

 

Later That Same Day He Will Lead a Marian Celebration During Which He Will Venerate Our Lady and A Special Litany Will Be Sung in Her Honor. The Litany That Will Be Used Was Composed by Turibius of Mogrovejo, Who Was Archbishop of Lima from 1579 To 1606. 

 

Turibius Was a Brilliant Lawyer and Canon Lawyer with Deep, Fervent Faith but He Was Not a Priest When He Was Appointed Archbishop. His Canonical Protests Were Overruled and He Was Ordained a Priest and Then a Bishop and Was Sent to Lima Where He Served For 27 Years. Among The Many People He Confirmed During His Time asArchbishop Was the Future St. Rose Of Lima.

Satan is the author of all the confusions and the sins of the world. We should remember that Satan sinned against the Almighty God in heaven. He, Satan rebelled against God, and God trust from heaven and thereby became Satan, the creature that rebelled against God. Satan has always been the hater of God and the laws of God all along. Satan has been using peoples from the four corners of the globe to go against God and His laws. All through the bible, we can see that satan’s works of destroying peoples and making them to go against the Almighty God. Satan has used kings, world leaders to sin against God. Satan is the father figure behind Rome the false prophet who gave birth to the Papacy. who brought forthbroughtforth abominable and blasphemies against the Almighty God?

 

The unfolding of the chapter 17 of the book of revelation by the Holy Spirit

 

Revelation 17:1 And there came one of the seuen Angels, which had the seuen vials, and talked with me, saying vnto mee, Come hither, I will shew vnto thee the iudgement of the great Whore,(Roman Catholic Churches ) that sitteth vpon many waters: ( the Roman Catholic Churches ruled by all the anntichrists)

Revelation 17:3 So he caried me away in the Spirit into the wildernesse: and I saw a woman ( the Roman Catholic Churches)sit vpō a scarlet coloured beast, ( the scarlet coloured beast is still Roman or Roman empires who changed the week days of God to Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, Rome who changed the months of God to January , February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November and December, Rome who named some of her emperors with the months and some days months to Thirty one, and February twenty eight and added another day every four years as  leap year and full  of names of blasphemy, hauing seuen heads, ( the ruling kings of Rome-and ten hornes.( the  ten empires of Rome

Revelation 17:5 And vpon her forehead was a name written, Mystery, Babylon The Great, The Mother Of Harlots, And Abominations Of The Earth. ( the Roman Catholic Churches and their idolatrous lives taught by the antichrists)

 

Revelation 17:6 And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the Saints, ( persecution in very large scales ordered by the antichrists) and with the blood of the Martyrs of Iesus: and when I saw her, reference: revelation 18:7…. I wondred with great admiration.

Revelation 17:9 And here is the mind which hath wisedome. The seuen heads are seuen mountaines, on which the woman sitteth.

Revelation 17:12 And the tenne hornes which thou sawest, are ten kings, which haue receiued no kingdom as yet: ( the European Union) but receiue power as kings one houre with the beast.they have been named as European nations with the old names of the Roman Empires

 

Revelation 17:13 These haue one minde, and shall giue their power and strength vnto the beast. (But the European Union will collaborate with the beast,)

 

Revelation 17:14 These shal make warre with the Lambe, ( Both the amalgamation of the antichrists and the European Union will wage a loosing war with our Lord Jesus Christ)and the Lambe shal ouercome them: For he is Lord of Lords, and King of kings, and they that are with him, are called, & chosen, and faithfull.

 

Revelation 17:15 And he saith vnto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.( nations and people)

 

Revelation 17:16 And the ten hornes which thou sawest vpon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate, and naked, and shall eate her flesh, and burne her with fire.

 

Revelation 17:17 For God hath put in their hearts to fulfill his will, and to agree, and giue their kingdome vnto the beast, vntil the words of God shall be fulfilled.

 

Revelation 17:18 And the woman which thou sawest, is that great Citie which reigneth ouer the kings of the earth. Now we have talked about the identity of the Antichrists’ other aspects regarding the Roman Catholic Churches as the woman that sat upon the coloured scarlet beast of revelation chapter 17:1,

 

I by the Holy Spirit of the Lord Jesus Christ given to me will unfold the mysteries behind the  verses for the understanding of all the saints of our Lord Jesus Christ. In the beginning of this article, the identity of the antichrists has been dealt with. Chapter 17:1 says two things 1 the wore which means a prostitute, A person who engages in sexual relations outside the marriage bond, especially for money. (The Greek word for “prostitute,” porʹne, comes from a root meaning “to sell.”) The term usually refers to a woman, although male prostitutes are also mentioned in the Bible. Prostitution was condemned in the Mosaic Law, and a prostitute’s wages were unacceptable as a contribution to Jehovah’s sanctuary, in contrast with the pagan practice of using temple prostitutes as a source of revenue. (De 23:17, 18; 1Ki 14:24) 

 

The Bible also uses the term figuratively, referring to people, nations, or organizations that engage in some form of idolatry while claiming to be worshippers of God. For example, the religious entity called “Babylon the Great” is described in Revelation as a prostitute because she has consorted with the rulers of this world for power and material gain.​—Re 17:1-5; 18:3;1Ch 5:25. Bible verse about wore or prostitution Deuteronomy 23: . 17There shall be no whore of the daughters of Israel, nor a sodomite of the sons of Israel shalt not bring the hire of a whore, or the price of a dog, into the house of the LORD thy God for any vow: for even both these are abomination unto the LORD thy God  the identity of the woman is the Roman Catholic Churches which has been a woman, Babylon the great, apostasy Roman Catholic Churches with the antichrists or line of Popes as their leaders and according to the bible, a woman means a church and this church has been identified as the Roman Catholic Churches. 

 

The second thing that the angel told John was the coloured scarlet beasts which has been identified as the Rome the false prophet that has been dealt with under the article in this website as Rome the false prophet. In this verses a woman is mentioned, the same is Babylon the great, is also the apostasy Roman Catholic Churches but I will want readers to know that the angel that talked to John talked in metaphor when he said woman as the apostasy Roman Catholic church. We need to understand that this church cannot do anything without been ordered by their leaders known as the antichrists or the Popes, so the woman could be termed as the antichrists compared to the seven churches that our Lord talked about in revelation two and three. Our Lord told John to write to the seven churches, but He directed the churches sins to the angel of the churches or the leaders or Pastors or the overseers of the churches. So, in this case of the woman or Babylon the great, whatever she did was orchestrated by the antichrists. We must be careful in these verses that refers to the woman as the apostasy Roman Catholic Churches or the Babylon the great or the harlot or the whore or the antichrists, the beast of revelation 13:11-18, why the antichrists? Well, we have to emulate the pattern of our Lord Jesus in His speak when He surname Peter the first time that Peter was introduced to Him, John 1:37 And the two disciples heard him speake, and they followed Iesus.

 

John 1:38 Then Iesus turned, and saw them following, and saith vnto them, What seeke ye? They said vnto him, Rabbi, (which is to say being interpreted, Master) where dwellest thou?

 

John 1:40 One of the two which heard Iohn speake, and followed him, was Andrew, Simon Peters brother.

 

John 1:41 He first findeth his owne brother Simon, and saith vnto him, We haue found the Messias, which is, being interpreted, the Christ.

 

John 1:42 And he brought him to Iesus. And when Iesus beheld him, he said, Thou art Simon the sonne of Iona, thou shalt be called “Cephas,”which is by interpretation, a stone. Our Lord Jesus Christ made us to know that Peter was a stone but many scholars have misinterpreted the verses in Mathew 16:18Matthew 16:18 And I say also vnto thee, that thou art Peter, and vpon this rocke I will build my Church: and the gates of hell shall not preuaile against it. Already, we know that Peter was a stone, so in this verse our Lord was speaking in figuratively, referring to Himself as the rock, reference is in 1st Corinthians 1 Corinthians 10:4 And did all drinke the same spirituall drinke: (for they dranke of that spirituall Rocke that followed them: and that “ Rocke “ was Christ) Here in this verse Christ is mentioned as the ROCK on which He build His church. But the misunderstanding came from people who did not know that the meaning of the surname that Christ gave to Peter was “Cephas”“which means a stone. One good thing is that the bible always interprets itself. Then as to this woman, she is the wore, harlot, the great Babylon, but she just represented the antichrists who have the blasphemed God, who perpetrated their own falling away through Linus the first evil Bishop of Rome and first Pope according to the Lord’s revelation. And his was succeeded by many Popes or antichrists who continued to play the life of harlotry and making and worshiping idols and did exactly what God predicted in Daniel 7:25 …Daniel 7:25 And he shall speake great words against the most high, and shall weare out the Saints of the most high, and thinke to change times, and lawes: and they shall be giuen into his hand, vntill a time and times, & the diuiding of time. which we have been unfolded by the Lord to me

 

I will take another example of how our Lord talked in this woman to be the Roman Catholic Churches but in the actual sense of the description given to her in the verses, as a church, she cannot act on her own except the leaders or the antichrists in this action of being drunken with the blood of the saints, it was the antichrists that persecuted the saints of Jesus Christ, by killing them, so the blood of the saints were in the hands of the antichrists whose representation was the woman who was intoxicated with the blood of the saints or christians. I will use another example to demonstrate this in Isaiah 14:1- was the destruction of the old Babylon, Assyrian, Philistine but God uses figuratively, metaphorically and idiotically by using Satan , even though Satan was the architect of these nations sins against God but God did not mention them directly.So is the same about this woman to represent the antichrists. Again, I will go to the letters to the seven churches in Asia. Our Lord told John to write letters to the churches but in our Lord word to churches, He was directing His words to the angels or ministers of the churches by saying 2:1 Vnto the Angel of the church of Ephesus, write, 

 

These things saith he that holdeth the seuen starres in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seuen golden Candlesticks: Revelation 2:8 And vnto the Angel of the Church in Smyrna, write, These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is aliue, Revelation 2:12 And to the Angel of the Church in Pergamos, write, These things saith hee, which hath the sharpe sword with two edges: Revelation 2:18 And vnto the Angel of the church in Thyatira, write, These things saith the Sonne of God, who hath his eyes like vnto a flame of fire, and his feete are like fine brasse: Revelation 3:1 And vnto the Angel of the Church in Sardis write, These things saith he that hath the seuen Spirits of God, & the seuen starres; I know thy workes, that thou hast a name that thou liuest, and art dead. Revelation 3:7 And to the Angel of the Church in Philadelphia write, These things saith he that is Holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of Dauid, he that openeth, and no man shutteth, and shutteth, and no man openeth; Revelation 3:14 And vnto the Angel of the Church of the Laodiceans, write, 

 

These things saith the Amen, the faithfull and true witnesse, the beginning of the creation of God: But in all the letters either for commendation or reprove, Christ’s words were directed to the ministers, so is our Lord talking to the Antichrists using the woman as a figurative expression. There are times that our Lord talked in proverbs, in all the many different metaphors or figurative languages and this can only be understood by the power of the Holy Spirit. My conclusions are that this woman,who is the whore, harlot, the great Babylon, who sat on the scarlet beast is the Roman Catholic Churches but whom Christ used as the antichrists for whatever reason that the Lord wanted to portray His messages and only Him and Him alone can unfold His mysteries of His words. The rest of the verses like part of 17:7; 17:8; 17:9; 17:11;and 17:12 are all about Rome the false prophet as revealed by our Lord Jesus Christ. Our focus should only be the revelations of the Popes as the antichrists and the Rome the false prophet. Many things in the bible scriptures we may not understand, but the ones that the Lord revealed to us should be sufficient for us.
