He is all power, who sends His power to make things happen according to His purposes. His power that turn to human beings at His command. He is The Holy Spirit, God Almighty. John 4.24.
He is the Eternity
He sits on His Throne permanently
He is the consuming fire
He is the Almighty God
He is the word that was in the beginning
He is the creator of heavens and earth
He is the God that was walking in the garden of Eden in the cool of the day
He came as man in the person of Melchizedek, Genesis 14. He met Abraham, blessed him and Abraham gave Him the thither of the spoil.
He is the God that visited Abraham at His tent with His two angels, He ate as human being, the food that Abraham and Sarah prepared for Him and also His angels Genesis chapter 18.He blessed Abraham and Sarah with a son called Isaac.
He appeared to Moses in the burning Bush, Exodus 3
He appeared to Joshua as the captain of His own army, Joshua chapter 5
He is the God that visited Manoah and his wife in the book of Judges chapter 13
He is the God that gave the commandments on Mount Sinai.
The God who lead the Israelites in the wilderness, He was the cloud to them at night and light to them during the day. Here God did the most incredible things. He made Himself as a thick cloud to protect the Israelites from the army of Pharaoh, at the same time He made Himself as a great light for them to see on their journey Exodus 14.19 & 20.

And the angel of God, which went before the camp of Israel, removed and went behind them, and the pillar of the cloud went from their face, and stood behind them: and it came between the camp of the Egyptians and the camp of Israel: and it was a cloud and darkness to them, but it gave light by night to these: so that the one came not near the other all the night.
