The world divided the land of God and gave the children of Israel only a very small portion, as shown below.
This map, however, does not represent the land that God gave Israel as heritage according to the Bible.
The map comes close to the territory God promised to Abraham and his descendants, which stretched from the River of Egypt to the River Euphrates, as stated in Genesis 15:18:
“In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates.”
